Meet Olivia
Forms of Beauty (call us FOB, for short) specializes in short-term rental guest-centered management and design. Our mission is to create hospitality-driven experiences and inviting, soulful spaces that are as functional as they are beautiful.

We believe that travel is one of the most important and rewarding experiences that a person can have, and that a huge part of that experience is where you choose to lay your head. We are constantly moved by the artful design, the story behind a space, the warmth of a gracious host. This is the moving force behind what we do - we strive to cultivate these feelings of beauty, wonder, and gratitude within our guests.
Olivia is the owner behind Forms of Beauty, with nearly a decade of experience in content marketing and sales development at global companies, including Forbes Media and consulting firms Accenture and Avanade. She has extensive freelance writing experience producing content for various digital publishers and consumer brands.

Her hospitality experience extends from restaurant and wedding catering to short-term rental management. The Willamette Valley wine country rental that she owns and operates is a top performer in its market, earning 4.99 stars on Airbnb and consistently appearing in the top ten results.

She has traveled extensively, staying in hundreds of hotels and Airbnbs across 25 countries and counting. Through these combined experiences, she has developed a keen sense of hospitality, an eye for practical but inspiring design, and a longstanding love affair with the written word that she brings to each and every client engagement.

I have stayed at a lot of AirBnBs and this is one of the best. The house is historic and charming, well decorated, and is absolutely spotless. So many amenities for guests. The bedding and linens are very high quality and comfy. The location is great. One block walk to all the cute restaurants and tasting rooms in downtown Carlton.

This place was just darling, felt very classy a[nd] luxe for a girls overnight, decorated beautifully, loaded with extra little touches to make your stay so easy and comfortable! The floor was spotless and you could walk barefoot without feeling dirt on your feet and the bed linens were heavenly! Will not stay anywhere else when we want to visit wine country for a weekend!

I love a listing with plenty of photos and a good description of the space, but also what to expect. Olivia communicated every step of the way... The yard was green and lush, and perfect [space] to enjoy some wine and overdue conversations by the fire. And the living room area was perfect for coffee and more visiting the next day! We loved the warm, cozy feel of the house and plan on making this our favorite weekend getaway spot. We cannot wait to come back!
